Local coordination
We help coordinate with the municipality, police and relevant authorities. We bring contacts together and assist with organisational paperwork; decisions remain with the authorities.
Location research & recces
Coastal scenery, town life and a Taurus backdrop: we help research suitable locations and arrange scouting visits. Access, owner consent and filming conditions are checked for each location.
Extras sourcing
We support the local search based on your brief: numbers, roles, languages, shooting dates and hours. Selection, fees, agreements and image rights are settled before participation.
Crew catering & daily logistics
Plan meals, timings and dietary requirements with us. Early-call breakfasts or food at a location are assessed against your schedule, headcount and destination.
Transfers & local suppliers
We help coordinate journeys, errands and suitable suppliers. Vehicles, equipment, storage and specific power or internet requirements are quoted and confirmed separately.
Between shoot days: meet, regroup and unwind.
The garden is a place to come together; the rooms give your team a settled base. Documentary crew, brand film, photo shoot or sports coverage: we assess how your project fits the hotel operation. A soundproof studio or technical production facility is not included.

Local coordination meets media expertise.
Our partner MareMedia is run by Maria Reismüller. Her profile describes work in the media industry since 2001, including domestic and international reporting and video journalism, and production management studies in 2008. Her portfolio includes reportage and a team shoot for Nescure Privatklinik am See. For your project, we combine local coordination at Erendiz with individually agreed collaboration with MareMedia. Filming tasks, crew, equipment, usage rights and costs are agreed separately. Requested drone shots can form part of your brief; credentials and permissions required in Türkiye are checked for the specific operation.

We assess accommodation and coordination needs, identifying relevant partners, authorities and permissions.
03 · Written proposal
Receive a defined scope with accommodation, coordination, partner services and potential fees shown separately.
04 · Delivery
Once commissioned and the necessary permissions are in place, we coordinate the schedule with your responsible production team.
FAQ
Can we enquire just about crew rooms?
Yes. Accommodation and organisational support can be requested separately. A room reservation does not include a filming permit or production services.
Do your contacts guarantee a permit?
No. We facilitate communication and practical preparation. Authorities and rights holders decide whether filming is allowed and under what conditions.
Can we film inside the hotel?
Send the location, equipment, headcount and hours you have in mind. Filming at the hotel requires a separate agreement that also respects other guests and their privacy.
What does production support cost?
Pricing depends on scope, shoot days and required services. There is no fixed all-inclusive package; availability and prices are confirmed in a written proposal.
