Website data

When you visit the website, technical server data such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information may be processed for security, troubleshooting and website delivery. Contact details are processed only when you send them to us, for example by email, phone, WhatsApp or booking request.

TikTok social publishing integration

The TikTok integration is intended for authorized Erendiz staff workflows. It may request basic TikTok account information needed for authorization and may upload hotel-approved media as TikTok drafts. The requested TikTok permissions are limited to the features needed for that workflow, such as basic user information and draft video upload.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the TikTok integration to access unrelated TikTok account activity. We do not publish guest images, employee images or third-party content through official hotel channels without appropriate review and permission.

Storage and security

Access tokens and integration credentials must be handled only in protected operational systems and must not be published in source code, public pages or social captions. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes.

Processors and third-party services

Website hosting, booking services, communication providers and social platforms may process data as separate providers or processors depending on the interaction. TikTok processes data according to its own terms and privacy notices when you authorize or use TikTok features.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. We handle requests according to applicable data protection rules, including KVKK and GDPR where relevant.
